Chiropractic
I am a chiropractor with 29 years of experience in treating a wide variety of people and conditions. My patients range from infants to average Joe to world class athletes. I offer a variety of chiropractic techniques in addition to acupuncture and various soft tissue techniques. I offer treatment choices and alternatives and give the patient in control of their health care decisions.
The top three treatments are spinal manipulation, acupuncture and soft tissue therapy. I enjoy treating all types of cases, but people with chronic conditions are the most satisfying. It is great to see and hear how patient’s quality of life has improved with chiropractic care.

Natalie is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, Registered Massage Therapist, and Fascial Stretch Therapist with over 20 years of professional experience in movement, fitness, and manual therapy. Her enduring curiosity about the human body and its capacity for adaptation, healing, and connection continues to shape her approach to clinical care.
After graduating from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2018, Natalie became a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). She continued her education through the five-year program at the Canadian College of Osteopathy, where her research explored the effects of trauma and adverse health outcomes, with a focus on inclusivity, psychological safety, and Trauma-Informed Care in clinical practice. She became a member of the Ontario Association for Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (OAO) in 2023.
Natalie’s clinical interests include trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, burnout and compassion fatigue, psychosomatics, neuro-lymphatic care, breathing, sensory regulation, and whole-person care. She has completed additional training in Psychosomatic Osteopathy, biodynamics, neuro-lymphatic techniques, nervous system regulation, electromagnetics, and other evidence-informed approaches that support integrated care.
She believes meaningful change emerges through understanding the relationships within and between living systems rather than viewing any one system in isolation. Natalie holds deep respect for the privilege of working with living systems and is committed to providing attuned touch, informed care, and a collaborative therapeutic experience that honours each person’s unique story.
