Can you direct bill my insurance company?
Yes. We have the abilty to direct bill many insurance companies but not all of them. Check your plan to be sure.
Do I need a Doctor's referral note for Chiropractic, Massage or Osteopathic care?
No. However, if you have extended health care benefits your insurance company may require a doctor's referral in order for your treatments to be paid for. Check your plan to be sure.
Do treatments hurt?
Most patients feel better leaving the clinic than when they came in. Sometimes, manual therapies may have techniques that feel uncomfortable. The good news is that if discomfort occurs it is short lived and treatments can be modified at anytime.
I'm already working with another therapist, can I still benefit from additional treatments?
Absolutely! Many conditions improve faster when collaberative care is established.
I was hurt at work. Do you treat cases that are WSIB claims?
